By accessing or using Neo Agent's AI-powered workflow automation platform for managed service providers (MSPs) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Neo Agent provides an AI-powered platform that automates ticket triage, categorization, resolution workflows, and related tasks for MSPs. The Service integrates with various PSA (Professional Services Automation) and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools.

We offer a 14-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to the Service. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your account will be converted to a paid subscription based on the plan you select.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neo Agent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service integrates with third-party services (PSA tools, RMM platforms, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neo Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
