In the Uniview portal, open API Access and create a credential for Neo. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
Save it in Neo
Paste both values. Neo checks them against Uniview before it saves, then maps your Uniview customers to PSA companies.
Turn it on per agent
Give your backup-alert agent the Read Only profile, or disable the areas it does not need.

Can Neo change anything in Uniview?+
No. The Uniview API is read only. Neo cannot start, retry or dismiss a backup. When a backup is still failing, the agent reports what it found.
