TD SYNNEX seats and orders, from the ticket.
Neo connects to StreamOne ION or StreamOne Stellr. It reads customers, subscriptions and prices, places orders, and adds or removes seats, with technician approval where you want it.
What Neo does with TD SYNNEX StreamOne.
Customers matched to PSA companies
Neo matches each StreamOne customer to a PSA company by Microsoft tenant, then by name, then by AI suggestion for you to confirm.
Seat changes, confirmed
Neo runs changes to a subscription one at a time, waits for TD SYNNEX to finish, and reads the subscription back to confirm the new seat count.
New customers and products
Neo creates a customer, looks up the product and price, and orders a product the customer does not hold yet, then follows the order to completion.
Concrete work Neo handles in TD SYNNEX StreamOne.
Add a seat for a new hire
Finds the customer's subscription for the license, adds a seat, and reads back the new count.
Remove a seat after offboarding
Lowers the seat count on the right subscription and reads it back. The change applies immediately.
Seats and renewal dates
Answers how many seats a customer pays for, when each subscription renews, and whether it auto-renews.
Order a new subscription
Looks up the SKU and the customer price, places the order for a product the customer does not hold yet, and follows it to completion.

Connect, configure, go. No code, no long implementation.
Connect your platform
For ION, enter your Account ID and a refresh token. For Stellr, enter a Client ID and Client Secret and pick your region. Neo checks the credentials before it saves.
Review customer mapping
Neo maps your TD SYNNEX customers to PSA companies after you connect and after each PSA sync. Confirm suggestions and fix any match under Organization Mapping.
Set agent permissions
Pick Read Only, Helpdesk or IT Admin for each agent. Helpdesk asks a technician before every change, and you can set approval per permission group.
Questions about the TD SYNNEX StreamOne integration.
Which TD SYNNEX platforms does Neo support?+
Both StreamOne ION, the global platform, and StreamOne Stellr, which partners in North and Latin America use. Stellr covers the United States, Canada, Brazil and Mexico regions. The two use different APIs and credentials, so connect the one your portal is.
What can Neo change, and does it need approval?+
Neo can create customers, order products a customer does not hold yet, and add or remove seats on existing subscriptions. You set approval per permission group, and seat changes ask a technician by default. An AI-suggested customer match never selects a customer for a seat change on its own.
What credentials does Neo need?+
For ION, your Account ID and a refresh token, ideally from a dedicated API user with the Account Admin role. Use that token in Neo only, because ION replaces it each time Neo connects. For Stellr, a Prod client credential from the Developer Portal with the End Customers and Subscriptions API permissions.
How are TD SYNNEX customers mapped to PSA companies?+
Neo first matches the customer's Microsoft tenant to the Tenant ID on a PSA company, then the company name, then an AI suggestion. Only a tenant match, an exact one-to-one name match or a mapping you confirmed is used for seat changes. A Marketplace Company ID typed on a company always wins.
