PSA + RMM INTEGRATION

Every Syncro ticket, triaged and resolved.

Syncro is PSA and RMM in one, so Neo reads both sides from a single connection. It classifies and assigns the ticket, pulls the asset record for context, resolves the L1 work, and logs the time.

01Capabilities

What Neo does with Syncro.

01
TRIAGE

Problem type, priority, status

Neo reads the request and sets Syncro's problem type, priority, and status the way your senior techs would, based on how you've handled similar tickets before.

02
DISPATCH

Route to the right tech

Reads tech skillsets, schedules, and current workload, then assigns the ticket to the best person available right now.

03
RESOLUTION

L1 fixes end-to-end

Password resets, mailbox permissions, MFA unlocks, and license changes run through Neo's Microsoft 365 and Entra integrations, then close the ticket in Syncro.

02Workflows

Concrete work Neo handles in Syncro.

ALERT TICKETS

Monitor alerts, triaged

When a Syncro monitor opens a ticket, Neo classifies it, attaches the affected asset's record, and routes it to the right tech with the context already there.

ONBOARDING

New hire onboarding

Reads the request, checks the customer's onboarding policy, provisions M365 + Entra + Intune, then writes the summary back to the Syncro ticket.

TIME & BILLING

Time entries, logged

Every action Neo takes posts a time entry with resolution notes on the ticket, so the work still flows through to your Syncro invoicing.

ASSET CONTEXT

Asset-aware tickets

When a ticket references a machine, Neo pulls that asset record from Syncro, OS, patch state, last check-in, before deciding what to do.

03Setup

Live in under an hour.

Connect, configure, go. No code, no long implementation.

01

Connect Syncro

Create an API key in Syncro with the permissions you want Neo to have and paste it in. Anything outside those scopes stays out of reach.

02

Map your tickets

Neo maps your problem types, statuses, and priorities, then learns from your ticket history how you classify and route work.

03

Go live

Start in test mode (notes only), then flip low-risk work to propose or autonomous as you build trust. Live in an hour.

FAQ

Questions about the Syncro integration.

How does Neo connect to Syncro?+

Through Syncro's REST API, using an API key you create. Syncro scopes keys by permission, so Neo only reaches what you grant, and you can revoke it at any time.

Does Neo cover both the PSA and RMM sides of Syncro?+

One connection covers both, but not equally yet. Neo works the ticketing side end-to-end (triage, dispatch, resolution, time entries) and reads asset records from the RMM side for context. Running scripts on Syncro endpoints isn't available yet, see below.

Can Neo run my Syncro scripts?+

Not yet. Syncro's public API doesn't expose script read and execution today, so Neo can't pick or run scripts there. Syncro has it coming, and we'll add support as soon as it ships. Meanwhile Neo resolves L1 work through its Microsoft 365, Entra, and Exchange integrations and closes the ticket in Syncro.

Will Neo interfere with my existing Syncro automations?+

No. Neo runs alongside your ticket automations, policies, and SLA rules. Where an automation already handles something, Neo leaves it alone.

Does the work Neo does still get billed?+

Yes. Neo posts a time entry with the resolution notes on every ticket it touches, so billable time reaches your invoices the same way a tech's would.
